Strengths: Price, Stability, plug and play, company will send you an extra set of caps for free if requested
Weakness: Data corruption, caps (individual problem)
Flash drive literally plug and play as described. Data transfer is reaches 500KB/sec on USB 2.0 connections. I use my drive 7 days a week and carry it with me all day. I have experienced data corruption only once with one specific file, though I must say this drive is very, very stable. Ive dropped my drive in water and on top of that I carry it without a cap in my pockets all the time, yet I...

Strengths: Small, easy to use, necklace, good price
Weakness: Blockage, light
It works great and is easy to use - truly Plug-and-Play. At school I have no hard drive permissions, period except for my drive on the server, and it still works. Works well even on Win 98 w/ the driver. Great and affordable. The three covers are a plus (even though I've already lost one). USB 1.1 compatible is good - I use it mostly on 1.1 The light stays on permanently except when loading on...

Strengths: Fast, easy to use.
Weakness: Data corruption.
I bought Cruzer Mini 256MB in a office supply store in Thanksgiving sale last year. My computer was not able to read this drive in January, so I took it back to exchange. After that, it worked just fine until recently. I have to do my bring my work in my home computer (PowerMac G4 MDD Dual 867) to school computers (PCs with Win2000 Pro and PowerMac G5), and the data corrupted for no reason. It...

Strengths: Small, light weight, necklace, 2 year warranty, very easy to use
Weakness: None found
I have used this flash drive on several PCs running both Windows 2000 and XP with no problems. The connect is easy as well as disconnect. Instructions are simple and clear. There is a nice green led indicator on the end of the drive indicating drive status. No complaints about speed, it keeps up very well transfering data. Because of its size and light weight I wear mine around my neck and under...

Having used this as well as the...
Strengths: Relatively inexpensive for the size. Fairly speedy.
Weakness: Does not hit peak USB 2.0 speeds. Casing feels cheap and will crack under some pressure. Technical support supposedly very poor. (Unconfirmed) Data corruption occurs with some units. (Unconfirmed)
Having used this as well as the 512mb unit for the past four days, I have to say that I am quite satisfied with the purchases. The drive works as advertised out-of-the-box without any unexpected hassles. The USB 2.0 speed was satisfactory, taking approximately two minutes to transfer a single 350mb file. I do have two complaints about the Sandisk. First, the unit's casing seems a bit weak - I...
