512MB PC800 RDRAM RIMM 45ns
Strengths: It's 512MB stick.
Weakness: Runs very very hot. So hot you cannot touch it. I had to use third party cooling system on it. One 512MB 45ns didnt run as fast or hot as 2 256MB 40ns.
I would go with 2 256MB at 40ns if given the choice and space, or maybe 512MB at 40ns would run better and not so hot. Not even sure if 40ns 512MB exists.
