Digitizer works poorly - often becomes erratic almost every time it is powered on.
Strengths: The Palm m105 software is pretty good and flexible.
Weakness: My main complaint is that the digitizer often becomes erratic and does not select what I want. For example, if a list has 10 items and I selct item #3, it selects item #2 or item #4.
This erratic input from Stylus frustrates me a lot and I have to train the PDA for accurate Stylus entry almost everytime I turn it on. I hate this and I am not sure if it is only my PDA hardware unit or other users also see this issue. One more issue is when I hide passwords and other info and transfer the data to a PC using HotSync, the Palm Software on PC does not allow anybody else to view...

Strengths: Price
Weakness: None
I really enjoy my palm, and I don't know about the other revews but mine doesn't eat up the batteries, and it is perfect for getting yourself organized, with a low price. Also with a keyboard you can type long documents on it then put it on the computer, the zire(about the same price) does not offer a keyboard. I would recommend any plam to anyone, but for the person on a budget a palm m105 is...

Strengths: Price, Ease of use, compatibility, many programs available
Weakness: No expansion, only 8MB of storage
I was using a Royal DaVinci DV1. I had technical problems, and I exchaged it for the Palm m105. I am impressd. I didn't want a palm, I wanted a PocketPC. Pocket PCs start at $500. I'm not made of money. I love my Palm. I am reading books, playing games, keeping track of appointments, and much more. The m100 and m105 are kind of getting fazed out. They are fine to buy if you want to give one or...

Strengths: Very quick computing time; very detailed orginizational system
Weakness: Easily scratched; protective flap is easily broken; graffiti is often difficult to write in (takes multiple times to get the correct letter)
I needed something simple to keep me organized, and it does a wonderful job at that. However, I doubt that this PDA will last longer then 2 years of daily/regular use.

Strengths: Very powerful organisation tool at a reasonable price
Weakness: Compatibility issues, no expansion, dust under the screen
I guess this is a great model for students..i haf been using the m105 for the past year and it had proven to be really good in terms of organising data.
The 8MB is generally enough for plenty of programs.
